As an Assistant Project Manager, Development Services, you’ll support the planning and development of large-scale renewable energy projects from early-stage development through project readiness.Working alongside experienced Project Managers, developers, owners, engineers, utilities, and other project stakeholders, you’ll help coordinate development activities, track schedules and deliverables, support permitting and due diligence, and keep projects moving forward. What You’ll Do

• Support Project Managers with the planning and coordination of utility-scale renewable energy projects from early-stage development through project readiness.
• Assist with project schedules, development plans, budgets, deliverables, and key milestones.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, landowners, agencies, utilities, and other project stakeholders to keep development activities on track.
• Support key areas of renewable energy development, including permitting, site control, site identification, interconnection, due diligence, and environmental review.
• Track project action items, decisions, risks, deadlines, and deliverables across multiple workstreams.
• Assist with managing third-party consultants and vendors, including coordinating scopes of work, schedules, and deliverables.
• Review project documentation and help identify potential issues, information gaps, and items requiring follow-up.
• Participate in project meetings and help maintain clear communication across internal teams, clients, consultants, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare project updates, reports, presentations, and other materials for clients and internal leadership.
• Help identify project risks, track mitigation efforts, and escalation issues to Project Managers when needed.
• Coordinate information across multiple disciplines to help ensure project deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Support the transition of projects from development into construction readiness.
• Manage assigned tasks and workstreams across multiple projects while maintaining strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Contribute to the continued development of EPS's Development Services capabilities, processes, and client relationships.
