1. Assist and potentially oversee certain principal areas of the Project Manager's responsibilities.
2. Manage project financial performance.
3. Manage small projects with limited complexity, focusing on revenue.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or an equivalent field.

- Up to five years of relevant experience, preferably in a design firm or construction site setting.

Additional Qualifications

- Developing leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

- Team-oriented with the ability to coordinate or manage others.
