Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Solicit, review, and scope subcontractor and vendor bids.
• Administer subcontracts for area of responsibility.
• Review and understand contract documents.
• Assist with project start up.
• Lead responsibility for project document management.
• Assist in development of overall project schedule.
• Manage complete submittal process.
• Facilitate project coordination meetings.
• Enter and update information in project management software.
• Manage punch list and project closeout.
