BoMac Contractors, Ltd. seeks an Assistant Project Manager I to support planning and execution across marine, piling, and civil construction projects. You will coordinate tasks, track progress, communicate with teams, and help monitor safety and quality with guidance from mentors.

The role offers hands-on training, advancement opportunities, and a culture of teamwork. Travel to job sites is required as needed, and you will contribute to project documentation and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant project support or coordination experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project-related software (e.g., Procore).

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily coordination of project activities and tasks.
• Help implement and monitor project safety and quality standards.
• Participate in field visits and site observations.
• Support estimating activities by gathering information and assisting with scope reviews.
• Communicate effectively with project teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
