Job summary

Keller Brothers is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support planning, coordination, and oversight of construction projects from inception to completion. You will help ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high quality, collaborating with PMs, engineers, and subcontractors.

The role emphasizes developing plans, tracking submittals, RFIs, procurement, and change management while maintaining comprehensive project documentation and progress reporting. MD-based on-site work is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years assisting construction project management.
• A.A. in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability.
• Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Procore a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the PM in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Support procurement processes and LOI/subcontract tracking.
• Develop submittal registers and track progress with vendors.
• Track material procurement and delivery timelines.
• Assist with RFIs, logs, and change management.
• Prepare meeting agendas/minutes and coordinate weekly meetings.
• Support progress reporting and document compliance.
• Help closeout documentation and project summaries.
