Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager on various project assignments as assigned by the Operations Manager or Director in charge.
• Assist in business development efforts including preconstruction, client interaction, and presentation assistance.
• Ensure adherence to Environmental, Health, and Safety policies and best practices.
• Provide proactive client interface throughout service delivery.
• Quality control accountability to ensure field compliance with project specs and technical requirements.
• Provide project information to complete performance schedules in an organized manner.
• Maintain corporate standards with project control requirements in coordination with risk management.
• Assist with project close-out, start-up and training in line with facility management standards.
• Promote open communication among project team members, consultants, inspectors, agencies, and subcontractors.
• Participate in lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives.
