Job summary

EVstudio in Denver is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to oversee civil/site land development projects from concept to construction. You will manage timelines, budgets, and performance standards while coordinating with clients, agencies, and consultants across multiple projects.

The role requires a B.S. in Civil Engineering, 6+ years of relevant experience, proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, and strong communication skills. Hybrid work is available, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Typically, 6+ years of experience in civil/site land development.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• PE preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support site development projects from concept through construction.
• Perform grading, drainage, utility layout, and roadway design.
• Prepare construction documents, plan sets, and reports.
• Lead several projects across various stages of development while overseeing timelines, budgets, and performance standards.
• Maintain communication with internal teams, external clients, agencies, and consultants.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and municipalities.
• Apply design standards and assist in permitting processes.

What You’ll Do:

• Support site development projects from concept through construction

We are targeting a base salary of $100,000 to $135,000, but it is determined by several factors, including education, experience, and a history of working in the Denver metro area.
