Job summary

EVstudio in Denver invites a civil engineering professional to join a collaborative, design-driven team. You will support site development projects from concept through construction, prepare documents, and help lead multiple projects while managing timelines and budgets.

We expect a BS in Civil Engineering, about 6 years of site development experience, and proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D. The role offers a base salary of $100,000 to $135,000, medical, dental, vision, 401k match, and hybrid

• Typically 6 years of experience in civil site land development.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• PE preferred.

What Youll Do

• Support site development projects from concept through construction
• Perform grading drainage utility layout and roadway design
• Prepare construction documents plan sets and reports
• Lead several projects across various stages of development while overseeing timelines budgets and performance standards
• Maintain communication with internal teams external clients agencies and consultants ensuring all projects are executed cleanly
• Collaborate with cross functional teams clients and municipalities
• Apply design standards and assist in permitting processes

Requirements

• BS in Civil Engineering or related field
• Typically 6 years of experience in civil site land development
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• PE preferred

• We are targeting a base salary of 100000 to 135000 but it is determined by several factors including education experience and a history of working in the Denver metro area
