Job summary

Premier Home Pros is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to lead installation teams and coordinate bathroom remodeling projects. Based in New Jersey, you will train contractors, manage schedules, ensure quality, and maintain client communications while improving processes.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in bathroom remodeling or residential construction, strong organizational skills, and the drive to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced office environment.

Qualifications

  • 5 years residential construction and/or remodeling experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to problem solve and work under pressure.
  • Self-motivated with ambition to improve processes and train contractors.

Responsibilities

  • Leadership, Management & Accountability of Installation staff
  • Installation support and training
  • Communication with customers about their project
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services
  • Quality control
  • Review jobs before and after installation with installation team
  • Subcontractor follow up
  • Post-install job file audit
  • Scheduling remodeling projects & service calls
  • Use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) in a basic capacity
  • Data entry and maintenance in CRM
