Procon seeks an experienced Assistant Project Manager to support the District of Columbia Department of General Services (DGS) and DC Public Schools (DCPS) Capital Construction Program in Washington, DC. The selected candidate will serve as the Owner’s Representative, managing and supporting school modernization, renovation, capital improvement, and facility infrastructure projects throughout the full project lifecycle, including planning, procurement, design, preconstruction, construction, occupancy, closeout, and turnover. Projects may include occupied school renovations, major modernizations, additions, athletic facilities, campus improvements, and building systems upgrades. Ideal candidates will have experience with K‑12 schools, educational facilities, higher education, or public‑sector capital improvement programs; however, professionals with comparable commercial, municipal, healthcare, government, transit, or institutional construction experience will also be considered.
