  • Monitor accounts receivable related to assigned projects and assist in resolving billing or payment issues.
  • Assist in reviewing contract drawings, detail drawings, and specifications to identify scope, requirements, and potential issues.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager and Project Administrator to support day‑to‑day project coordination and documentation.

The role follows a Monday through Friday schedule, typically from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The work centers on large wastewater treatment plant retrofit and expansion projects in South Florida, providing exposure to complex mechanical, piping, pumping, and water/wastewater systems. The culture emphasizes training, mentorship, and professional development, with project managers actively supporting the growth of their team members. The organization has a strong and growing project portfolio, including high‑profile government work, and offers long‑term career advancement opportunities within the region.
