An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Project Leader to support the management of commercial and educational building projects in the New England region. This role involves collaborating with project managers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget while addressing client goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture or engineering, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. In this role, you'll be responsible for supporting Project Managers with the active management of design, construction, and closeout phases of commercial and/or educational building projects in the New England region, primarily in RI, to ensure the success of investors, owners, and occupants.

Qualifications :
A Bachelor's degree preferably in architecture, construction management, engineering, or a related field.
3-5 years of relevant experience with a strong background in building design, construction, architecture, and/or engineering.
Demonstrated problem-solving, planning, organizing, and decision-making skills. Ability to manage various tasks, schedules, and deliverables.
Enthusiasm to promote and drive project implementation.
Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
Strong teamwork capabilities.
Ability to multitask in stressful situations and prioritize effectively.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Proficient in MS Project, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
