Coastal Talent Solutions is seeking an Assistant Project Manager for commercial concrete projects based in Savannah, GA. You will assist in managing projects from preconstruction through closeout, coordinating with superintendents, estimators, subs, and suppliers.

You will gain real project ownership, work with experienced leadership, and have a path toward managing your own projects. This role offers competitive compensation and a clear growth trajectory within the company.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as an Assistant Project Manager or Project Engineer in commercial concrete.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specs, and docs.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with day-to-day management of commercial concrete projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and material deliveries.
• Review contracts, drawings, specifications, RFIs, and submittals.
• Help manage project schedules, budgets, and cost tracking.
• Support change order pricing and project documentation.
• Maintain communication with owners, architects, engineers, and GCs.
• Assist with project closeout and punch list completion.
