The APM will develop advanced project management skills, work with Excel, Power BI, and MS Office, and participate in a 6-week field rotation to gain practical experience and independence in project

Qualifikationen

• 4 year college degree in construction management, business management, or logistics / supply chain.
• Knowledge of project management fundamentals.
• Proficiency with Excel, Power BI and MS Office applications.
• Strong written communication; ability to compose technical documents and invoices.
• Strong oral communication; ability to present to diverse groups.
• Ability to develop and maintain internal/external relationships.

The Assistant Project Manager (APM) is responsible for assisting in the project management of construction projects across a mix of customers. APM's are responsible for establishing and maintaining positive relationships with customers while ensuring field operations are supplied with pertinent contractual information necessary to perform all work per specifications in a safe, cost effective, and timely manner. The APM is expected to develop advanced skills and to have the ability to work independently. A 6-week field rotation is required.

Responsibilities and Requirements

• 4 year college degree in construction management, business management, or logistics / supply chain
• Knowledge of project management fundamentals
• Working knowledge of personal computers and software applications - Excel - Power BI -
• MS office application proficiency *Demonstrated skills in written communications; ability to compose basic as well as complex technical documents, formal letters, invoices
• Demonstrated skills in oral communications; ability to make presentations to both small and large, diverse groups
• Proven success in developing and maintaining internal and external relationships while effectively navigating organizational barriers
