Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering (or equivalent experience).
• 1–4+ years of experience in commercial construction (internship or co-op welcomed).
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day project management activities on commercial construction projects
• Support the preparation, review, and tracking of submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, architects, and engineers
• Maintain project schedules, logs, and reports
• Assist with cost tracking, budget updates, and quantity takeoffs
• Participate in project meetings and jobsite walks
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, contract requirements, and company procedures
• Help close out projects, including as-built documentation and warranties

Education
