Role Responsibilities:
Coordinatewith project managers to complete projects on time, within budget and to specified quality and regulatory standards.The APM conducts business and manages relationships in alignment with the mission and values of Leapley Construction
Develop pre-construction RFP package
Assist in creating and managing project budget
Ensure that all project documentation is filed and current
Assist in planning, conducting, documenting all project meetings
Define project milestones and generate progress reports associated with each milestone
Establish job processes including approving pay applications and negotiating subcontractor change orders
Ensure all project schedules are updated and communicated regularly
Identify any potential obstacles or risks to project
Assist in managing the closeout process
Collaborate with the project superintendent and all other project team members throughout the project lifecycle
Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor
Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Education and Experience Qualifications:
High school diploma
2-5 years’ experience in commercial construction and working with a general contractor
Has a passion for the construction industry, establishing strong client relationships, and driving quality and excellence
Proficient in project specific software; CMiC, ProCore, Bluebeam, Adobe, TimberScan, and Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, or other scheduling software
