Forgen is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead geotechnical and civil construction projects. Under the Division Lead, you will manage projects from scoping to closeout, ensuring safety, quality, on-time delivery, and favorable economics for Forgen.
Responsibilities include leading teams, preparing estimates for change orders, coordinating site activities, maintaining loaded schedules using P6, interfacing with clients and subcontractors, and ensuring proper documentation and cost
Location: Baton Rouge, Louisiana; Houston, Texas; Dallas, Texas
Under the direction of the Division Lead, manage each project assigned according to Forgen corporate philosophy of safe, quality production while securing the most favorable economic outcome for Forgen.

This office-based role requires frequent computer use and effective communication, with occasional travel to project sites as needed. Site visits may involve extended periods of standing or walking and required PPE, with potential exposure to heavy equipment, chemicals, dust, fumes, uneven terrain, and extreme weather.
