  • Supporting monthly pay application preparation, including subcontractor billings through GCPay and owner billing review
  • Maintaining accurate project documentation in Viewpoint, including change orders, meeting minutes, and project logs

  • Preparing and distributing meeting agendas and minutes for OAC and subcontractor meetings
  • Tracking and processing change requests, from pricing through owner approval
  • Supporting project closeout, including punch list management, O&M manuals, warranties, and as-built
  • Building relationships with owners, architects, subcontractors, and vendors that reflect Omega's commitment to trust
What You'll Bring
  • Prior experience as a Project Engineer or in a construction project support role (industrial projects experience preferred)
  • Working knowledge of construction documents, including drawings, specifications, and contracts
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneDrive); experience with Viewpoint, Bluebeam, and GCPay a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with field and office teams alike
  • Detail-oriented with solid organizational and time-management abilities
  • A proactive, problem‑solving mindset and willingness to learn
  • A strong work ethic and commitment to representing Omega's interests on every project
