The Assistant Program Manager, WQ&T Compliance assists in the management of activities within Customer Compliance Programs including cross-connections, fire hydrant connections, grease abatement systems, illegal discharge and water/sewer connections. The role involves monitoring work processes, managing records, integrating data and technology, evaluating productivity and coordinating logistical support. The position supports the enforcement of regulations related to the program and adopting new technologies and processes as needed.

The qualifications listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and ability necessary for an individual to perform each essential responsibility satisfactorily. Reasonable amounts of training areprovided.
Three (3) to five (5) years of progressive experience in related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, or science related field from an accredited college or University or High School Diploma or GED with seven (7) to nine (9) years of progressive experience in related field.
