Townsquare Media in Boise is seeking an Assistant Program Director to lead a station’s on‑air and digital content. You will own the brand across radio, digital, social, and live events, coaching a small team and collaborating with Sales to drive engagement and revenue.

The role requires 5 years of radio experience, strong leadership, and a proven track record in audience growth and content performance. In‑office role with opportunities to shape a growing local brand.

Qualifications

• Five years of full‑time radio experience.
• Proven leadership with brands or teams.
• Measurable success in audience growth and content.
• Strong knowledge of FCC rules and regulations.
• Excellent written, verbal, and public speaking skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive vision, performance, and growth of the brand across on‑air, digital, social, and live experiences.
• Recruit, develop, coach, and retain top talent while shaping culture.
• Lead strategy sessions with air talent and cross‑functional teams with sales.
• Create multi‑platform content and engage audiences and partners.
• Host live on‑air shows and publish local articles daily.
• Collaborate with Director of Content to elevate brand and events.
