Camp Y-Koda in Wisconsin seeks an Assistant Program Director to support planning, development, and daily operation of year-round and summer programs. You’ll work closely with the Summer Camp Director to lead youth programming, outdoor education, and staff training.
The role includes coordinating group rentals, High Ropes & Challenge Course experiences, program marketing and fundraising, and overseeing the camp store and inventories while maintaining safety and First Aid readiness.
The Assistant Program Director supports the planning, development, and daily operation of Camp Y-Koda’s year-round and summer programs. Working closely with the Summer Camp Director, this position helps lead youth programming, outdoor education, staff and volunteer training, group facility rentals, and High Ropes & Challenge Course experiences. The Assistant Program Director also supports program marketing and fundraising, oversees the camp store and inventory, maintains first aid supplies and lost and found, and helps ensure the safety and well-being of all camp participants. This position is ideal for an organized, dependable leader who enjoys working with youth, leading programs, spending time outdoors, and contributing to a positive camp environment.
