Responsibilities include teaching, mentoring instructors, observing performance, preparing lesson plans, and upholding safety and engagement in a fun, family-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Strong tumbling or gymnastics experience required and capable of teaching foundational skills.
• Experience teaching children and coaching others.
• Knowledge of safe spotting techniques and equipment use.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Dependable attendance and availability for listed schedules.
• Ability to actively teach, demonstrate skills, spot students, and move gym equipment.

• Maintain a clean, organized gym and ensure staff complete equipment cleanup and cleaning duties.
• Create a positive, encouraging environment for children, families, and staff.

Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
