TemPositions is assisting a client, a nonprofit organization that supports permanent supportive housing for formerly homeless adults with mental health and co-occurring disorders, in recruiting an Assistant Program Director. The role provides clinical supervision to case managers and other social service staff to ensure excellent service and stable housing.
The position requires a Master’s degree or significant experience, strong leadership, and data-analysis skills.
Our client, a non profit organization that supports a permanent supportive housing residence for formerly homeless adults with mental health and co-occurring disorders, is seeking an Assistant Program Director. The services provided in the residence include case management, harm reduction, housing readiness, counseling, medical and psychiatric services, groups and recreation, and 24-hour 7 day a week front desk concierge.
To provide support and clinical supervision to case managers and other social service staff with the goal of excellent service provision and helping clients to remain stably housed in a supportive environment while optimizing tenant health and well-being.
