• PhD or equivalent in Education, Learning Sciences, or related field.
• Strong potential for external funding to support their program.
• Commitment to excellence and innovation in teaching, scholarship, and mentorship.
• Lead independent research; actively engage in collaborative research; teach and mentor; provide rank-appropriate service.
