Qualifications

• Experience teaching and mentoring adult learners in online curricula and programs.
• Willingness to take on leadership roles and service within the department and university.

Responsibilities

• Teach online and on-site graduate courses in CSP and higher education.
• Serve as program director for the online CSP master’s program.
• Provide academic advising and coordinate fieldwork for online CSP students.
• Maintain an active research program with potential for grants, presentations, and publications.
• Develop course syllabi and ensure alignment with faculty handbook standards.
