Qualifications

• Ph.D. (by hire date) in Hotel, Restaurant & Tourism Management or related field.
• Evidence of tourism, sustainability, hospitality expertise.
• Ability to apply research to teaching at undergrad and grad levels.
• Experience teaching online courses and engaging diverse audiences.
• Ability to publish, develop external funding, and advise students.

Responsibilities

• Teach three courses per semester (75% of duties).
• Engage in research (20%) and service (5%), publish in peer-reviewed venues.
• Advise undergraduate and graduate students and support recruitment/retention.
• Develop external funding and collaborate with stakeholders and colleagues.
