The successful candidate will develop an active research program and contribute to the department's teaching and mentoring of undergraduates and graduates.

The Psychology Department serves over 2000 students and emphasizes empirical science, written and oral communication, quantitative and qualitative methods, and inclusive teaching.

Qualifications

• Evidence of teaching excellence at the university level (e.g., student evaluations).
• Ability to supervise master’s theses in psychological science.
• Ability to teach lecture courses and upper-division lab courses in cognitive psychology.

Responsabilités

• Teach cognitive psychology courses at undergraduate and graduate levels.
• Develop and supervise student research in cognitive psychology.
• Contribute to departmental research and service activities.
