University of Pennsylvania is seeking a Neonatology physician for a Clinician-Educator track in Pediatrics, Neonatology and Newborn Services. Responsibilities include teaching, expert clinical care in CHOP's Level IV NICU and HUP's Level III NICU, and outpatient/inpatient consults.

Teaching responsibilities may include clinical education of medical students, residents and fellows as well as formal lecture opportunities within the Division and Department.
Clinical responsibilities may include providing outstanding clinical care and productivity in program development. Clinical care will be provided in the 100 bed Level IV NICU at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and the 40 bed Level III NICU at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. Duties also include providing outpatient and inpatient consultative services.
Research or scholarship responsibilities may include clinical or basic studies and will be dependent on the candidate’s interests and independent support. Evidence of scholarship is required for the Clinician-Educator track.
Applicants must have an M.D or M.D./Ph.D. degree. Applicants must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine by the American Board of Pediatrics.
