Cizik School of Nursing invites applications for full-time non-tenure-track positions in the specialty areas of maternal/pediatrics, obstetrics, pediatrics, psychiatric/mental health, acute/critical care, adult/gerontology, family health, community health nursing, medical-surgical, oncology, women\'s health, nursing informatics, and nursing leadership/administration.

Responsibilities

• Teaches and maintains a relevant area of scholarship (non-tenure track).
• Ensures didactic coursework (online and classroom as appropriate).
• Supervises students at the undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral levels.
• Provides direct patient care activities through clinical practice opportunities with affiliated hospitals and other healthcare organizations.

Preferred Qualifications

• MSN or related discipline.
• Three years of experience as a nurse educator or nurse practitioner in a clinical and/or educational setting (non-tenure track).

Certifications

Depending upon the specialty area (e.g., NP-C).
