San Diego State University (SDSU) invites applications for a full-time tenure-track Assistant Professor position in AI Security, starting Fall 2027. The successful candidate will join the interdisciplinary Cybersecurity Research and Education Center (CCRE) and the MIS department within the Fowler College of Business, contributing to AI security research and education.

Qualifications include a PhD in information systems, CS, or ECE by hire, a record of scholarly work, and the ability to teach

Formación

• Record of original research / scholarly accomplishments.
• Ability to develop an independent program of research in AI security or related areas.
• Demonstrated capacity for teaching graduate and/or undergraduate courses.
• Evidence of engagement with inclusive excellence criteria and diverse student populations.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and lead an independent research program in AI security and related areas.
• Teach and advise graduate and undergraduate courses in MIS and AI security.
• Contribute to interdisciplinary collaboration within the CCRE and MIS faculty.
