Job summary

The Ohio State University invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor position in AI and Politics within the Department of Political Science in Columbus, Ohio, to begin Fall 2027.

We seek candidates whose research lies at the intersection of social science and AI/machine learning, and who can contribute to interdisciplinary data analytics initiatives and policy-focused scholarship.

Qualifications

• PhD on or before August 15, 2027 in political science or related field.
• Ability to integrate methodological insights with substantive research.
