We seek a scholar‑educator who will advance an impactful research agenda and deliver excellent teaching in analytics across undergraduate and graduate programs.Responsibilities**• Research:** Develop and sustain a high‑quality, peer‑reviewed research program in analytics or closely related quantitative fields; pursue external funding where appropriate; engage in collaborative, interdisciplinary work.**• Teaching:** Teach courses in areas such as business analytics, data mining, machine learning, statistical modeling, optimization/operations research, time series, computational statistics, and data visualization. Contribute at the undergraduate and MBA levels, support online/hybrid modalities, and participate in curriculum innovation.**• Service & Mentorship:** Advise and mentor a diverse student body; supervise student projects; contribute to department, school, and university service; help strengthen industry and community engagement.Minimum Qualifications• Ph.D. (or ABD with near‑term completion) in Business Analytics, Decision Sciences, Management Science, Operations Research, Statistics, Computer/Data Science, Information Systems, or a closely related quantitative field by the start date.• Evidence of (Assistant) or record of (Associate) scholarly achievement, including publications or a strong pipeline in high‑quality outlets.• Demonstrated effectiveness in teaching and communication.Preferred Qualifications• Research expertise in one or more of: Applied Statistics, Probabilistic/Bayesian Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Stochastic Processes, Stochastic Optimization, AI/ML for Business.• Teaching experience in: time series, data mining, computational statistics, business intelligence, managerial statistics, analytics programming (e.g., Python/R), and data visualization.• Evidence of online/hybrid teaching effectiveness and/or adult learner pedagogy.• Industry or consulting experience in analytics and demonstrated ability to build practitioner partnerships.• Potential/track record for external funding and student supervision.Rank, Salary, and SupportRank and salary are commensurate with experience and qualifications.
