Job summary

Freshpack, a fast-growing cheese packaging leader, is seeking an Assistant Production Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations, ensure quality, and drive efficiency on the floor.

You will coordinate with foremen, monitor KPIs, maintain data accuracy, and train operators while supporting continuous improvement in a high-pressure environment. Bilingual Spanish/English, solid computer skills, and a proactive, collaborative attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish/English required.
• Proficient with computers for email, inventory, and manufacturing transactions.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to train team members.

Responsibilities

• Floor Presence: monitor quality and productivity and adjust schedules as needed.
• Collaborate with Production Foremen to resolve shortages and improve efficiency.
• Maintain accurate KPI data collection and reporting.
• Back-up to Production Superintendent and support continuous improvement initiatives.
