Job summary

Cintas is seeking an Assistant Production Manager to lead a team of production partners and supervisors at our Emmaus laundry facility. You will monitor production flow, safety, and budget, while ensuring efficient operations across possibly multi-shift coverage.

You will direct training, motivate personnel, manage material costs and wastewater processes, and be accountable for departmental profitability. The role requires a hands-on leader with strong communication and the ability to drive

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• 2+ years' production supervisory experience preferred.
• P&L and budget experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of production partners and production supervisors.
• Manage all aspects of a fast-paced, industrial laundry plant, possibly multi-shift.
• Monitor budget, safety, production flow, and material costs.
• Oversee wastewater management and departmental profit and loss.
• Motivate, train, and direct Production Supervisors and entry-level workers.
