Meritas Advisory Group, LLC is seeking an Assistant Production Manager to direct and coordinate the Production department, train staff, plan and assign work, and evaluate performance to meet quality and schedule targets.

The role requires four years of manufacturing experience with at least two years in supervision, plus a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. You will enforce safety regulations and drive continuous improvement.

The Assistant Production Manager is responsible for the direction, coordination, and evaluation of the Production department.
