Overview

The Produce/Floral Department Assistant Manager assists the Produce/Floral Department Manager with ensuring the successful operation of the produce and floral department. Duties include accurate recordkeeping, customer service, employee relations, expense control, inventory, shrink, public relations, stocking, and control freshness by rotating and removing out-of-date merchandise. Responsible for directing staff when in charge of the department to include: directing workload, counseling, training, performance evaluations, and supervision.

Pay Range

USD $18.00 - USD $25.00 /Hr.
