The Rockford Symphony Orchestra is looking for an Assistant Principal Violin II, with auditions scheduled for November 11, 2026, at the Coronado Theatre. The orchestra is located about 1½ hours from downtown Chicago and provides approximately 35 services each season.The compensation for this position is $112.50 per service, with an additional travel stipend of $0.21 per mile for musicians residing more than 30 miles from any RSO venue, capped at $55 per service.
