GOAL High School in Colorado seeks an Assistant Principal to support the principal in leading academic and non-academic programs. You will oversee student discipline, build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents, and ensure a safe, productive learning environment.

The role requires Colorado residency and a valid Principal's License, with a Bachelor’s degree in education or management and leadership experience in an online or at-risk youth setting preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in education or management is required.
• Colorado Principal's License is required.
• Master’s degree is preferred.
• Two years of experience as a secondary teacher/counselor or equivalent is required.
• Three years of progressively responsible leadership in a school environment is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide instructional leadership and oversee professional development.
• Ensure a safe learning environment and address disciplinary issues.
• Develop partnerships with parents and community.
• Analyze student data to inform recruitment, retention and graduation efforts.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate school projects, events and initiatives.
• Manage site budgets and maintain effective communications with staff.
