The Assistant Principal serves as a key member of the school leadership team and supports the Principal in advancing the instructional vision, operational effectiveness, and overall success of the school. The Assistant Principal works collaboratively with staff, students, families, and community partners to ensure a safe, inclusive, and academically rigorous learning environment where every student can succeed. This position provides leadership in instructional improvement, student support systems, school culture and climate, and operational management. The Assistant Principal helps ensure the effective implementation of district initiatives, promotes continuous improvement, and supports the development of high‑performing educators and teams.
