Job summary

Heritage Montessori - Huntington Beach, part of the Endeavor Schools family, seeks an Assistant Primary Teacher for a temporary assignment. You will support age-appropriate lessons, prepare materials, and supervise children during activities, meals, and nap times to ensure a safe, caring learning environment.

The role emphasizes collaboration with teachers, ongoing development, and contributing to a positive school culture while keeping children engaged and progressing.

Qualifications

• Experience in Early Childhood Education in a certified child development center.
• Prior experience with toddler and pre-school students.
• Ability to use standard office equipment such as a laptop computer and tablet.
• 12 Child Development Units-Required by the State of California.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills are required.
• Patience, a nurturing attitude, and a sincere interest in the well-being and development of young learners are essential to this position.

Starting Pay: Hourly pay rate: $17.00 to $21.00 , depending on education and experience.
