The Learning Experience in Farmington Hills is hiring an Assistant Preschool Teacher. This entry-level role supports lead teachers in delivering our curriculum, guiding children through structured activities and play.

You’ll help children learn, grow, and thrive in a safe, caring environment. You will work with a team to foster social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development, maintain a clean classroom, and communicate with families about daily progress and milestones.

Qualifications

• Requires genuine passion for working with and caring for young children.
• Demonstrates warmth, patience, dependability and enthusiasm.
• Enjoys creating fun and engaging learning experiences.
• Works well in a team and communicates with coworkers and families.
• Eager to learn and grow as an early childhood educator.
• Has a high school diploma or GED; early childhood education coursework preferred.
• Meets all applicable state licensing requirements for the position.
