Kid Works in Forest Park, OH is seeking an Assistant Pre-K Teacher to join our BrightPath Kids and Busy Bees community. As a dedicated team member, you will support teachers, supervise children, and help create a welcoming, safe learning environment for young children and families.

You will engage with children, decorate classrooms, and communicate effectively with parents, contributing to our culture of high-quality early childhood care and education.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain organized.
• Ability to work within regular operating hours.
• Must meet state criteria for child care employment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and supervision of children ages 6 weeks – 12 years.
• Assist teachers with instruction in the classroom.
• Decorate inside and outside of classrooms as needed.
• Maintain a warm and safe environment that is clean and permits children to grow and explore.
• Interact with children to encourage their involvement in activities.
• Provide effective communication with parents/guardians about their child.
