Job summary

Amentum seeks an Assistant POL Superintendent to oversee receipt, storage, testing, and distribution of fuel and lubricants for a government contract on Diego Garcia. The role ensures safety, quality, and environmental compliance under the PWS and QMS, with responsibilities in supervision and operations continuity.

The position requires at least five years in liquid fuels/pol operations, leadership in austere environments, and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; two years per year substituted for college as applicable
• “Five+ years’ experience in liquid fuels and fuel terminal operations” including supervision
• “Specialized experience with pressure-type hydrant and pantograph fuel systems”
• “Leadership in austere OCONUS environment with multinational workforce”
• “Secret US Government Clearance eligibility”

Responsibilities
