Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of operational management experience in an industrial environment.
• Knowledge of injection molding manufacturing process and tooling desired.

Responsibilities

• Oversee plant operations to achieve operational, financial, and productivity goals.
• Schedule and coordinate processes to meet production targets.
• Lead and develop department leads and supervisors.
• Review site performance indicators and recommend optimization strategies.
• Support management of the P&L within budget.
• Ensure proper staffing levels and schedules.
• Drive employee engagement and ensure a respectful work environment.
• Communicate effectively regarding production timing and quality.
