Job summary

Lift-All Company seeks an experienced Assistant Plant Manager for our Suwanee, GA manufacturing plant. You will partner with the Plant Manager to drive production, safety, quality and continuous improvement across 40+ employees on multiple shifts.

The role requires hands-on leadership in a fast-paced environment, a 4-year degree in business/engineering and 3–5 years of manufacturing leadership, with ERP/MRP exposure and Lean/ISO experience a plus. Fluency in Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations or Engineering from a 4-year university.
• 3–5 years of leadership experience in manufacturing.
• 2+ years of ERP/MRP in manufacturing; Lean/ISO experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production, material handling and quality control processes.
• Manage 40+ employees across multiple shifts and monitor productivity.
• Lead plant safety program and foster continuous improvement culture.
• Mentor and develop group leaders and staff to achieve goals.
• Ensure training, OSHA/compliance adherence, and proper documentation.
