Responsibilities

• Lead operations and continuous improvement to meet production KPIs and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure staffing and training to execute plans.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and cost control with plant leadership.
• Drive safety, CI programs, and standardization of processes.
• Collaborate with Plant Controller on annual operating budgets.
