Job summary

Baptist seeks a licensed Physician Assistant to practice autonomously and with a care team in a Memphis primary care setting. You will assess patients, form care plans within physician protocol, and participate in research, consulting, and patient advocacy.

Responsibilities include developing care plans, using prescriptive authority under protocols, mentoring peers, providing clinical leadership, and lifelong learning to improve patient outcomes in Baptist Health.

Qualifications

• 1 year clinical experience as Physician Assistant in primary care.
• Graduate of accredited PA program and NCCPA certification.
• Current state license and BLS certification.
