Alsco Uniforms is seeking a payroll administrator to handle day-to-day processing of participant and company retirement plan transactions, analyze activity, and prepare reports for management and auditors. You will assist during open enrollment, present 401(k) and pension information to new office HR managers, and meet with new hires to review benefits.
The role requires a degree in business or accounting, strong Excel skills, ERISA knowledge, and the ability to meet deadlines; occasional travel
This position is responsible for day-to-day processing of participant and company payroll transactions for the Alsco 401(k) Savings Plan and various union pension plans. The position analyzes activity in the plan, and prepares reports for management, outside auditors, and to the record keeper / trustee. This position assists the department during the annual open enrollment, presentations regarding 401k/pension with new office managers/HR managers and meets with general office new hires to review the 401k benefits. This position reports to the Benefits Manager.
Hourly base pay: $24-$27
