Job summary

Memorial Healthcare System is seeking a detail‑oriented Service Recovery Coordinator to oversee the hospital’s Service Recovery Program. You will act as a bridge between patients, families, and the hospital to address inquiries, document requests, and resolve questions.

Responsibilities include clerical support, updating reports, handling information requests from various departments, and coordinating training when needed. A High School Diploma is required; no prior experience is necessary.
