Job summary

Baptist is seeking staff to provide personal care assistance to patients under licensed supervision in the Stepdown Unit at BMH Golden Triangle Hospital. Responsibilities include direct patient care, adherence to policies, and ongoing education.

Ideal candidates will have strong English communication and computer literacy, plus CPR licensure, supporting safe and efficient patient care in a clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively in standard English, written and verbal.
• Computer literacy required to complete electronic records and patient documentation.

Responsibilities

• Performs direct patient care duties under the direction of licensed nursing personnel.
• Assists in procedures for the patient population served following established policies and procedures.
